Made to measure doors in a range of styles. 22mm thick as standard and professionally spray painted. This is a premium service that we have efficiently incorporated into our manufacturing methods to give our customers the freedom and creativity to choose any colour.

Spray Finishing
Spray finishing is our go to method for a tough coating. Using furniture grade professional paints we can achieve a high quality sprayed finish. Using the best spraying technology our standard method is a 4 coat system, 2 primer coats and 2 topcoats. We sand paint work between each coat ensuring a smooth finish. This process gives a long lasting, durable finish. We offer many colour ranges from all the main branded paint suppliers, the most common finishes are a 10% Sheen (matt) and 25% Sheen (satin).

Door Material
Through many experiments we found using Moisture Resistant MDF by Finsa provides a fantastic base to apply paint finishes. The higher density board with its harder surface compared to traditional alternatives, sands smooth and takes paint exceptional well leaving a super finish. There are many door options available with the most common being 22mm shaker and slab style doors.

Door Construction
There are many ways to achieve a shaker style door. Our standardised method follows a traditional process using mortise and tenon joinery and a 5 piece assembly, (two rails and two stiles with a centre panel). Alternatively we also use a one piece frame with a recessed center panel, this can be beneficial when opting for a 'no groove' finish or if wanting to add glazing. Both options are tried and tested and give you a well made, strong door.
